In this module, I have learned that what is business actually are. This is the first time for me to take this subject, Introduction to Business where taught by Ms. Tay. Ms. Tay is a good lecturer where she explained well and clearly during the lecture and tutorial classes as she always able to guide every single students that have questions on the relevant topics.

 

Through this subject, I learned and gained the knowledge about the principle and theories in economics. It helps me to understand more about business in reality in the assignment. As example, in the business planning assignment, I learned that creating a new business is not easy and it has a lot of things to think about such as business type, human resources planning, budget controlling and so on. Well, in the Charity Drive assignment, I have experience a new stuff as I did not done any business myself like this before. This is how I start to feel the business in real life. Everything in real life are realistic included business. Besides learning about business, I also learnt that relationship and communications are very important in business field too.

 

Last but not least, I would like to thank to all the person who helped me in this module such as teaching me about the topic that I confused with, helping me in assignments although they are not y groupmates and also my assignment groupmates that cooperate well and managed to results in a great success. It marked a wonderful full stop for my foundation year.
